Title: Looking for reliable VPS host. My budget is $30/mo

I need VPS hosting with 40 gbs of disk and 1 tb of traffic. My budget is $30/mo.
There are many web hosts out there in the hosting market. Personally I found Stratus4.com and LibertyVPS.net web hosts.
Are they reliable? Do you know anything about their services? What VPS host is better? Why?

What other web hosts can you recommend me to look at?
