Linovus.hosting (https://www.linovus.hosting/vps-hosting) and Libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps) provide VPS accounts which are attractive for me adn I wonder which way is better to follow, what do you think?

What payment plans are available? For example, if you sign up for a two-year subscription term, do you need to pay that full amount upfront or is it divided into increments?

I would say that libertyvps.net is one of the best web hosts I've tried.
Their customer support is responsive and friendly - any problem is solved immediately. Uptime is good as my sites are always up.
Pages load fast.

I vote for Libertyvps.net - speed connectivity is quite good.
Uptime in the 7 months since we moved has been 100% and the server is always fast and stable.
It's so much better than our previous hosts that business has actually increased.
