In the 8 months I've used Exmasters.com web host, I can only remember 1 significant session of downtime, and that was partially my own fault because I didn't update to a new server when they asked me to. They solved all the troubles. I am happy with their cheap vps hosting service. Recommended.

I strongly believe that Hostingsource.com is really good web host. One of the best providers I have dealt with in a long time.
When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. I am not an IT guy so this is important to me.

Must say that Rockhoster.com is outstanding. Thumbs up to their support team.
What good is a hosting provider that doesn't help you through the process of setting up.

I don't care how user friendly the interface is, if there is no adequate live help. They are helpful and fast.
