Its really depends on your requirement, if amount of your project is very big you can go with Dedicated server which will gives you high performance certainly the cost of dedicated server is higher then VPS. if you can fulfill the amount of dedicated server then you can order your dedicated server.

Might I suggest ZoomCloud.net. We are offering a month free on all VPS plans. So you could try it for a month at no obligation. If you don't like it cancel it within 30 days and we won't charge you a dime.

Well it purely depends on your requirements. If your services needs dedicated than its better to move on to dedicated and if it doesn't need than no need to move on to dedicated unnecessarily, usa vps itself. But if your really looking for VPS vs Dedicated servers, than its really answer is Dedicated servers. because its your own server where even hardware is not shared just like in vps. Dedicated is completely independent and private but vps is partially dependent and even this is private but server hardware is shared.

Looking for cheap and best VPS or Dedicated than i suggest one where i got my VPS hosted. Its in TRIJIT

Both are best with Trijit Web Services (TWS). But Dedicated servers comes with bit more features which help you to host you applications without any problem and get till root access which can be controlled completely by yourself. but let me explain that even for vps hosting TRIJIT WEB SERVICES provides root access, so now its your wish to choose what for your hosting services.
