Try considering hostunmetered.net managed unmetered servers. Their support staff is extremely helpful and I have not experienced any noticeable downtime in the past year.

I'd rather choose Centohost.com server hosting deals if I were you!
With any new setup you always run into issues getting used to the hosts control panel, getting your applications set up, getting things working, etc. - they were very helpful.

I'd draw your attention to accounts from QHoster.com and HostRound.com.
Amazing tech support! They have quick and professional responds with knowledge to depend on, unlike other support. They are very polite when asked for help and fixing any issues for me immediately.
