The best shared hosting ... where to have it from?

Where can I have the best shared account (forum-friendly) from?
Think of having deals with QHoster.com and Avansit.com.  Any ideas?

Their customer service has improved drastically since I started the account.
I've had outages, but nothing too long. I was down for over an hour once, but QHoster.com team kept me informed about what was going on.

I have really enjoyed having my site hosted by QHoster.com VPS hosting, as the people there, are very friendly and are quick to respond to your inquiry if the need arises. I also, have had no major downtime. When i transfer my files they are so fast.

Guess kvchosting.net and rockhoster.com servers are trustworthy enough to sign up with.
They have a great service, fast servers, amazing prices and features! I've got web sites hosted with them and none have suffered any downtime. Their customer support is pretty good, open 24/7 as usual.
