Which VPS is betetr to sign up with - either scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/cloud-servers.html) or rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/linux/)?

Highly recommend Rockhoster.com hosting - even with the price. It's so worth the extra Euro 3/month compared to some cheap host you are looking at elsewhere. The server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
