Title: VPS Hosting in Bulgaria, Sofia ?

Looking for any suggestions on these needs:
- 150 gbs of hard disk, Linux
- 99.9% Uptime Guaranteed,
- host pictures and some videos
I would like to know your views on Hostry.com Bulgaria, Sofia VPS hosting ?
Any info about them? What host is better? Alternatives?

They also allow users to create SSL certificates for free via Lets Encrypt and use their DNS servers, also for free.
