Can say that Neironvps.com gets A++ for every category. The customer support is great. Recommend their server packages.
Any ticket I've put in has resulted in a real e-mail response within 10-15 minutes. The responses are clear, informative, and not at all condescending.

Believe CentoServer.com will work fine. There is even a good number of third party web applications (forums, CMS), all popular applications like phpBB, Wordpress.

I would like to say that Rockhoster.com does offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically competent support person available immediately. So if you want an inexpensive and very functional site, this host is the way to go.

I was recommended to try NetShop-isp.com.cy as a host that offered excellent value, and most importantly for me, as a complete novice, excellent support.
They answer all my questions very quickly and are patient with me. I can’t say enough good things about them and their service!
