Comparing cloud shared plans (https://www.hostplax.com/) from hostplax.com and shared plans (https://www.avansit.com/hosting/) from avansit.com, so which one is the best for hosting a blog?

Take a look at Canspace.ca shared hosting. They are a budget host, and you have to know your stuff since their service does not include helping newbies.
They give you all the control you need. Instant reboots, ability to easily reformat your server with the most common operating systems.

Nice shared hosting deals along with zero overselling offered by kvchosting.net (http://www.kvchosting.net) provider.
As this was the first time I had ever approached a web hosting site, and had not gone with a recommended site from a computer knowledgeable friend.
