 - servers respond fast, and I've never experienced downtime,
 - features are very good,
 - they increased everyone's bandwidth for free a while ago.

Te fact is that superbithost.com have some of the best customer support I've ever encountered. They're honest, fast!
Mail system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want.

Excellent customer support and overall the best experience I had since I purchased QHoster.com hosting 2 years ago after reading the reviews here itself by googling. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.

Blazingfasthost.com is a good and better than the best, according to me. According to the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it.
