Title: Server provider ... which way is better to follow?

Servers from asvhost.com  (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/)and hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/dedicated-servers/) are provided on sweet terms and I have to choose the best one for hosting a blog, so what should I do?
