Should I use a shared account from either hostchefs.eu or hostingsource.com?

My site has been hosted with cloudarion.com SSDVPS host for over a year now with only one instance of any downtime and that only for about a half an hour.
Their team can help you to move all content (files, scripts, mysql) from another host without downtime for free.

I have only had good experiences with hostingsource.com web host! It also has nice pricing.. Servers are stable, speed connectivity is fast.
