VPS deals from a2hosting.com (https://www.a2hosting.com/vps-hosting/managed) and veeble.org (https://www.veeble.org/vps/) are attractive for me and plans contain many useful resources which are suitable for my demands and I hesitate which way is better to follow? What do you think?

Well, A2hosting.com have been an amazing host. Support is quick and extremely helpful. All of my issues and questions were answered within a few minutes at most, and the issues themselves were quickly resolved as well.
