I think Rareservers.com is a good deal!
I have a couple of sites hosted there that I had as an image hosting for 9 months.
I am also very surprised by the support. When you get that much space and bandwidth, it's worth it to have slightly less speed than other hosts.

All I can say is that Digitalserver.com.mx Mexican web hosting is worth trying.
Have had no issues. My sites were all transferred for free and everything went smooth.
Support so far is quite good. Easy to work with the base Webmin system; no weird gotchas.

I can put forward a recommendation to give Cloudarion.com and their vps hosting service a try.
They are honest, fast and their professionalism goes outside the bounds. In fact, I never waited more than 30 minutes, even when submitting support tickets at 3 or 4 in the morning on weekends.
