Any stable web hosting service?

Looking for a host with stable networking and 24/7 customer support.
Recently I came across dailyrazor.com deals. Are they good?
Do you have any recommendation for that?

I can't speak for dailyrazor but at http://www.serveyoursite.com/ we have 99.99% uptime and 24/7 ticket support as well as live chat and phone support. What sort of VPS plan are you looking for?
