If you are thinking about switching, Hostnamaste.com is the host to go with - highly recommended.
It is still very reasonable in my opinion, the stability is excellent, and the support is priceless.

I'm pleased to say that cloudarion.com (http://www.cloudarion.com/) have delivered exactly on their 99.9% uptime promise.
They are simply the best at what they do. No doubt. The downtime is absolutely microscopic when there is a problem.
