I browsed many Canadian web hosting discussion boards and finally found Viux.com web host.
As for support, besides speed of responses, I checked to see if they are technically competent and they really do their best to prove it.

Well, hostingsource.com ssd vps hosting is pretty reliable from what I've seen.
Their support is wonderful and helpful. They're easy, friendly and they seem to really care about their clients.
Speed connection has been fast - I am glad.

I would say that libertyvps.net is one of the best web hosts I've tried.
Their customer support is responsive and friendly - any problem is solved immediately. Uptime is good as my sites are always up.
Pages load fast.

Having done a search, I found SolVPS.com web host. What can you say about these guys and the quality of their services?

Any other (only reliable) Windows VPS hosts?

I have only had good experiences with web2.club web host!
The customer service has been extremely quick, efficient and friendly. Support it is the best.
It also has nice pricing.. Servers are stable!

What is the refund policy during the trial period? Most providers’ trials are not truly free – you’ll end up paying for the service, but get your money back if you are unsatisfied. That said, what does that refund entail?

I would also recommend you to look through viux.com cloud web hosting solutions. They are reliable.
Other web hosts could learn a bit from them on pricing, technology and excellent customer service.

It is hard to say a lot about hostwinds.com because they have never been a problem. Their uptime is never an issue.
Sales and support staff are amazing, I've had a few queries that needed to be addressed and every time they've given a concise answer and been very polite.
