Use managed vps hosting if you are experienced enough. I would recommend you to buy cloud hosting or dedicated web server hosting for website hosting instead.

I have had almost 100% uptime and they give you nice features for no cost. Hostwinds.com will suit all your needs.
Nodes are not overloaded and best of all they will work with you if you need cheap hosting. All in All I wish I could give them a 6 out 5.

They have never failed to deliver...even having a live person answer the phone on a weekend within minutes...who then haved tier 2 tech support fix my issue within 45 minutes!
