Title: VPS account at low price with high uptime

If you have to choose between VPS accounts from a2hosting.com (https://www.a2hosting.com/vps-hosting/managed) and  veeble.org (https://www.veeble.org/vps/), which host would you sign up with and why?
Any ideas of their activity in the Internet?

Why not to look at more options? How much disk space and bandwidth do you need? What is your budget?
