Title: Moscow server location. Need web hosting account

Thinking to host some of my new web sites. What are the best hosting providers you know?
I need Moscow based web hosting with 15 gbs of disk space - budget is $15/mo.
What can you tell me about foxcloud.net and their reliability? Are they trustworthy?

I'd say Exmasters.com would be nice option to get servers, because their services are time-tested and well-known among webmasters from all over the world as reliable and trustworthy.

I would also recommend warez-host.com (http://www.warez-host.com/) and their RU servers. They are flexible. Uptime is great, speed is fast.
The tutorials are helpful. It's a great service. Their pricing is reasonable without any doubt..

Warez-host.com is trustworthy!
Their customer support is AMAZING!
Regarding their network, it's been near perfect.
I would recommend this host to anyone looking for cheap hosting with all of the features!

Uptime has been okay. I've had about 99.8% uptime with them which isn't bad.
