I know HostSailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/vps-hosting/) and QHoster.com  (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html)provide nice EU VPS deals which are low cost and entrancing for me and I hesitate which account is better to stick to and why?

Well QHoster.com and HostSailor.com VPS deals are worth trying because they have solid servers with quality support and high uptime.
They are worth every cent you pay for their services.
 Any host you choose, you'll have quality services in any case.

If I were you, I would choose QHoster.com and their vps hosting services. Use coupon wht10life - 10% lifetime discount.
About 6 months ago I started migrating my clients' sites to them and the process has been easy, with no glitches!

I would say Libertyvps.net is the best option to get vps in Europe. Servers are affordable ans they work perfectly. Support is skilled and responsive.

I've never had a downtime problem, never a problem with customer support, and never a problem using their panel.
They're cheap, bandwidth is plenty and domains unlimited but you get what you pay for. QHoster.com is good web host.

Each virtual server can run its own full-fledged operating system, and each server can be independently rebooted.
