I am not sure about them, but still recommend you to look at more options available in the net.
I know that crookservers.com (http://crookservers.com/) has stable servers in France. Try to contact them, tell your requirements and see what they can offer you. Moreover, you can check how professional their staff is by asking them different questions.

I believe you should look for customer reviews on them. As I know Planethoster.net is offering stable hosting for reasonable prices. Support is always ready to help and armed with knowledge.

It seems to me readymakers company can be helpful for you.
