How do you find their servers? Are they quality enough to have a deal with?

I am not sure about this web host, but can express the point that pretty good servers offered by aspnix.com and hostdepot.com - they are trustworthy.
Just choose the host that suits your needs and provides constant and uninterrupted services and support.

I have heard of go4hosting but never heard about 4goodhosting.
So try to gather some more information like customers' reviews and feedback and then approach them.

I started with the lowest plan they had now i have the higher and i will totally move to their Canadian VPS (http://4goodhosting.com/VPS-web-hosting.html/) plan as soon as I reach 100 customers.

You will be very pleased. Initial site up in hours, all support queries are responded to extremely quickly, easy control panel for a novices, etc.
