Which server is better to sign up with - either legionbox.com  (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/)or hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/dedicated-servers/)?

I can say that Tzulo.com server hosting (http://www.tzulo.com/dedicated.html) has met my expectations.
The combination of quality and cheapness makes them attractive for the greater part of the web masters.

Top of the line. Hostingsource.com features can't be beaten (basically, you can do anything you'd ever need to do).
I like Koddos add-on open-source scripts. Pricing is competitive.
