 While I was looking for a place to order offshore hosting, found shineservers.com - don't know if I can trust them.

Have you ever dealt with them? How do you find their pricing?

Sorry I know nothing about them, but can recommend a good offshore web host.
It is Warez-host.com (http://Warez-host.com/) - all of their work is based on quality.  Speed and access to servers is great, feature to price ratio is hard to beat.
Good uptime, good support - most of the time!

   I think you should look for reviews on them. I can say shineservers.com is the best fit for any webmaster who is looking for reliable hosting plans. Many webmasters are satisfied with them.

Warez-host.com is inexpensive, and they have a nice control panel.
After figuring out how to set up my main account, I had my existing site converted over in a matter of minutes. Support replied to my ticket and had resolved the issue in minutes of submission.
