General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: Best VPS for personal VPN?

« on: April 06, 2026, 05:31:14 AM »

If you want a VPS for a personal VPN, the main things to look for are stable uptime, root access, and the ability to install tools like OpenVPN or WireGuard. Some providers like RareCloud offer VPS that can run VPN software and give you full control of the server environment.

That said, you might also consider Fresh Roasted Hosting if you prefer something easier to manage. Their fully managed VPS can be a good option because the provider helps with server updates, security, and maintenance while you focus on running your VPN.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: Professional VPS Recommendations for Magento Store?

« on: March 26, 2026, 05:56:35 AM »

I’m running a Magento-based e-commerce site and need hosting that can support its resource demands efficiently.
Experience with optimized stacks, Redis/Elasticsearch, and fast storage would be ideal. Is Neironvps.com VPS reliable? Any professional feedback is appreciated.

Fresh roasted hosting has the best affordable VPS with quick human support along with great quality data centres.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: WooCommerce or Magento hosting, what is your choice?

« on: March 23, 2026, 06:17:17 AM »

Hello everyone, I’m currently researching hosting providers suitable for a growing e-commerce platform. Key requirements include NVMe storage, strong CPU performance, and reliable uptime under traffic spikes. Support for WooCommerce or Magento is a plus. Found Zakservers.com offshore server hosting - Is it reliable? what host is better? Why? I’d appreciate recommendations based on real production experience.

If you’re building a growing e-commerce site, the most important things are NVMe storage, strong CPU resources, and consistent uptime during traffic spikes. WooCommerce and Magento tend to become CPU-heavy once you add products, plugins, and real traffic, so having enough server resources and proper caching is critical.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: VPS Hosting Request with Data Center Options in Europe

« on: March 20, 2026, 03:51:17 AM »

I am interested in a VPS hosting service with data centers located in Europe. Key requirements include low latency, GDPR compliance, and strong network reliability. Both managed and unmanaged options will be considered. Please share available plans and technical specifications. Is Netshop-isp.com.cy vps hosting reliable?

Netshop looks fairly reliable and ticks your EU requirements (locations, decent uptime, and flexibility), so it’s worth considering. Just keep in mind it’s a bit niche, so I’d still compare before deciding. If you want something simpler with solid support, Fresh Roasted Hosting is also worth a look, even if location isn’t strictly EU-focused.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: Which way is better to go?

« on: March 18, 2026, 06:31:12 AM »

Which way is better to go - to have a deal with either libertyvps.net or planethoster.com?
So if you were me, what would you do?

Between those two, PlanetHoster is the safer bet overall—it’s more established, offers good performance (LiteSpeed, strong uptime), and has decent long-term value, even though pricing can increase over time. LibertyVPS is less known, so there’s just less real-world feedback to rely on.
If I were you, I’d lean toward the more proven option, but also take a few minutes to read a proper breakdown before deciding—this Grab Hosting guide https://freshroastedhosting.com/host-your-hustle-how-small-businesses-developers-pick-the-right-wordpress-home/ is actually helpful for understanding what really matters when choosing hosting

I plan to use their Java-oriented VPS account.

No currently there are no discounts.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: Right dedicated server to buy ...

« on: March 18, 2026, 05:53:21 AM »

Should I use a dedicated server from hostingsource.com?
Are they the best in this realm?

I wouldn’t call HostingSource the best looks okay, but reviews are mixed. If you want something more reliable without spending too much, I’ve had a better experience with Fresh Roasted Hosting for dedicated servers more consistent support and fair pricing, which matters more in the long run.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: Looking for VPS to manage multiple client websites

« on: March 17, 2026, 04:38:46 AM »

I’d be a bit cautious with RegVPS, it seems a bit inconsistent, which isn’t ideal for client work. For your budget, I’ve had a good experience with Fresh Roasted Hosting stable, and support is responsive. You can also look at options like Hetzner or DigitalOcean. The main thing is to pick something reliable and easy to scale as you add more clients.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: Powerful VPS for machine learning tasks?

« on: March 16, 2026, 05:23:50 AM »

Looking for a VPS with dedicated CPU cores and strong GPU support for machine learning tasks.
I’d also prefer providers with flexible upgrade options. Will it be worth trying Rightservers.com VPS hosting? Any solid recommendations?

For machine learning tasks you’ll want a VPS with dedicated CPU cores, plenty of RAM, and proper GPU support (usually NVIDIA GPUs) since training models relies heavily on parallel processing. Rightservers is a smaller provider and some users report decent performance, but there isn’t a huge amount of feedback out there yet. If you’re comparing options, it may also be worth checking Fresh Roasted Hosting since they offer solid VPS setups and flexible upgrades if your project grows.

General VPS Hosting Discussion / Re: A hosting provider for a portfolio site?

« on: March 14, 2026, 05:05:47 AM »

Hello, I need help choosing a hosting provider for a portfolio site. Speed and ease of setup are my top priorities.
What are your views on Digitalcloud.pro vps hosting service? Any recommendations for a host with a smooth onboarding process?

If your main priorities are speed and easy setup, a simple managed or shared hosting plan might actually be easier than jumping straight into a VPS. DigitalCloud.pro does seem to offer NVMe VPS with multiple locations and fairly positive user feedback, and some reviews mention the setup being pretty straightforward and stable for small projects.

That said, for a portfolio site, I’d personally lean toward something beginner-friendly where WordPress or a site builder is already set up. It saves time, and you don’t have to manage the server yourself. VPS is great, but it can be a bit more work unless you’re comfortable managing it.

I’m pretty confused between Fresh Roasted Hosting and HostSurf UK. Which one is the better web hosting company?
