 I would like to find the most reliable place for ASP Mail, ASP Upload, Windows media service.
Have seen that Aspnix.com supports these features within their dedicated hosting plans.
Do you think that they can be a good option for me?

The good option I can recommend is 4goodhosting.com. They have stable and reliable Windows servers which runs 24/7 without interruption. The availability of ticket, live online support and phone support is really helpful when needed. I always receive responses within few minutes with full solution. The pricing is reasonable.
