Which VPS is betetr to sign up with - either scalahosting.com or rockhoster.com?

Highly recommend Rockhoster.com hosting - even with the price. It's so worth the extra Euro 3/month compared to some cheap host you are looking at elsewhere. The server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
