Need host suggestions

Hey guys,
I am really trying to avoid going with a major web host that throws money into advertising with false review sites and such.
But I literally cannot find any legit site that shows trustworthy reviews.
I'm looking for a shared hosting service for a friend. Requirements: 40 gigs of space, GOOD uptime, easy to use control panel, great support.
What can you say about Exmasters.com VPS hosting solutions? Can I trust them or will you recommend me any alternative for comparison?

Deals from libertyvps.net and rockhoster.com are good and reliable enough to sign up with.
Their customer service is nothing but excellent, and also the IT department is always available 24/7 and to help customers.

I can’t say enough good about these guys. It just isn’t possible. I just totally love cloudarion.com SSD VPS! Easy to understand website.
The price is outstanding for the features provided, nice control panel with a load of features.

QHoster.com and legionbox.com plans are worth every cent you pay for their services.
Their services are truly above and beyond my expectations.

I've had a website with INSIGHT WEB HOSTING for about 10 months. I highly recommend them. They have fast servers. Support is top notch.
