Which company (planethoster.com or scalahosting.com) is better to have a deal with for hosting an e-commerce project?

Please, be more specific. I mean requirements: disk space, bandwidth, server location, budget?
You can also check out these vps hosts suitable for ecommerce projects:
1) GTHost.com
2) Libertyvps.net
3) Vultr.com
4) Interserver.net
I'd like to say that I have great network uptime and the connection speed is fast at least by my standards.
Don't worry if plan A fails, there are 25 more letters in the alphabet.

I vote for planethoster.com.
High uptime
Technical support work
Variety of cheap tariff plans
Flexibility when setting up servers. The guys very quickly put together a boat plan for me that was ideal in terms of characteristics and price.
