Performance-Optimized Dedicated Server in the USA?

Hey folks, I’m looking for a solid dedicated box located in the USA. I need something like Ryzen 9 7950X / i9-13900K, 64GB DDR5 RAM, and 2×2TB NVMe in RAID1. A 1Gbps unmetered port with good routing to DE/FR/IT is ideal. Also looking for DDoS protection and /29 IPv4 subnet. Anyone got recommendations for reliable US providers with solid network uptime? Can I rely on Regvps.com server hosting?
