As I know jvmhost.com celebrates their 15th anniversary offering 75% off all VPS packages and 50% off all Java packages.
Their promo codes are: 15ANN75 - 75% discount on all VPS packages and 15ANN50 - 50% discount on all Java packages. These coupons are valid until May 12th, 2026 and there are no order limits.

Well, jvmhost.com company is supposed to be good at delivering Java hosting services on sweet terms for their clients.
The uptime with them is great, I rarely have any downtime, or lag. Notices are posted well in advance so you can quickly notify your users. They are a solid hosting provider which feature-packed hosting services can scale according to your needs.
