Accounts from rockhoster.com and black.host are worth every cent you pay for their services.
They have a great service, fast servers, amazing prices and features! I've got web sites hosted with them and none have suffered any downtime. Their customer support is pretty good, open 24/7 as usual.

Servers from kvchosting.net and planethoster.com are worth trying.
They have been very reliable hosting sites, and I've been completely satisfied with their service. I probably over-use their support pages when I have a problem making changes to my websites, but they are always courteous and straighten me out.

Have a look at plans from time-tested companies: hostingsource.com and hostsailor.com.
Their service and prices are good, plus my websites are also running well and fast. For me, they are very good hosting sites for low budget guy like me.

The tech support is prompt and often the response will go above the level of information and assistance that I would expect to receive. Downtime has been almost non-existent.

They are probably the fastest web hosting and cheapest companies ever.
They offer amazing prices and outstanding customer support team.

ASVhost.com as well as hostsailor.com can be right for you.
Their customer service never ceases to impress me both in work and person accounts. Their support staff goes above and beyond to help with issues I run into.
