Should I use a server from kvchosting.net or hostsailor.com?
Any ideas?

Well, kvchosting.net cPanel is excellent, easy to use and navigate. WordPress install also quick and efficient.
A lot of features, and you have control a lot of control. Never seen my site down. I wish there was some better documentation for some things but I cant complain.
