It will be easier to recommend you sth if you tell us more requirements. How much disk space, ram and bandwidth do you need?

I really love provisionhost.com virtual servers. Their support team is responsive. Other web hosts could learn a bit from them on pricing, technology and excellent customer service.

Veeble.org support staff is amazing they will guide you on every step, will it be billing, technical thing or you are doing migration.
I had no problem so far, yes it can happen that sometime you will get replies little bit late but it can happen to any support staff of any other company.
Great value at the price.

I think you need to compare offers and choose the best one. I know webhostingzone.org vps hosting is trustworthy. They are excellent host, which is well-priced and easy to work with. Their uptime is as promised: 99.99%!
