Can you help me out to make a right choice comparing servers from cloud.co.za (https://cloud.co.za/servers/pricing) and hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/dedicated-servers/)?
What's your would be choice?

Features are reasonably good, but the panel can be a pain sometimes. They use a custom Control Panel, but it is fairly well feature packed, and easy to use. It just takes getting used to.
