Sorry mate but I don't have any idea about your host. I'd like you to check out hosting service from 4Goodhosting.com. This guys hosted my site without any single problem. My visitors are getting bigger and bigger everyday but I haven't seen any glitch. The servers are very fast and up 100%. I am very pleased with this Canadian hosting. They have real time 24 hours support which is online 24 hours and usually respond in minutes and not hours. Go ahead and try them.

I believe that Stratus4.com Virtual Private Servers will be good choice. Pricing is normal.
Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.
