Libertyvps.net and yourlasthost.com VPS deals are nice for me and need to know which plan is better to sign up with as I plan to host an e-shop with?

Go with QHoster.com (http://www.QHoster.com) - Great GREAT service. Been in the design business for 10 years and have moved many times.
Cpanel based hosting with a simple account interface, well worth the slight extra cost. Had one issue setting up an SSL account and they went the extra mile to resolve it to my satisfaction.

Do the provide additional ips when signup for their linux vps (https://alavps.com).

I started with Serversbase.com VPS hosting (https://www.serversbase.com/virtual-servers.html) about two months ago.
They were quite friendly and helpful in getting my website transferred over to them.
I have had some technical question and I have always received answers promptly.
