Have you tried shared hosting from hostuszone.com (https://www.hostuszone.com/Web-Hosting) company?
If yes, how quality are they? Are there any discounts on them?

Use shared accounts from time-tested companies - QHoster.com and Avansit.com.
I highly recommend them for your hosting needs. Besides the great customer service, they have super fast solid state servers - which is another plus for me!
