Servers from hostingsource.com and inxy.com are good enough to sign up with.
Super easy to manage and always available. Their customer support is excellent. They usually respond in 5 to 10 minutes and are very interested in getting your problem resolved immediately. I highly recommend them!!

Hostripples is the best in any case providing cheaper rates and best of all the tech support is vulnerable!

I know QHoster.com is professional web host with multi-located servers (over 30 locations).
The billing people are kind and generous and always answer my questions in a professional manner.

Have a look at servers which QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) and HostRound.com (https://www.hostround.com/hosting/usa-dedicated-server) provide as they are proven to be the best.
Good pricing, good customer support, and all the tools you need what more could you need. Highly recommend to try them out.

I began with Legionbox.com (http://Legionbox.com/) VPS hosting when all I needed was a simple vanity page. Then I added a busy phpBB forum.
Their list of extra software installations is huge and their Site Studio is really easy to use. Recommended.
