Title: Web hosts with no overselling ? Any advice?

Looking for any suggestions on these needs:
- 25 GBS of hard disk, Linux
- 99.9% Uptime Guaranteed,
- host for pictures, videos
I would like to know your views on kvchosting.net web hosting plans? Any info about them?
Alternatives?

While I have been hosting with kvchosting.net for very long period, the service has been reliable and the host has been responsive to all of my questions.
