VPS accounts from rockhoster.com  (https://rockhoster.com/linux/)and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) are attractive for me and I have to select the best one, so which way is better to follow?

Well, rockhoster.com is double thumbs up... I highly recommend their server, not only that their server is reliable but also they have a fast and very good support team...
