Shared plans from libertyvps.net (http://libertyvps.net/) and rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/web-hosting/) are to my liking and I have too sign up with the best one for hosting a forum, so what should I do?

Frankly speaking, I don't have any personal experience with them. But there are some other best web hosting providers like WHUK (https://www.webhosting.uk.com/) is available in the hosting industry to fulfill all their customer requirements. They provide very reliable and secure web hosting services to their client.
