Servers from asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/) and kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/dedicatedserver.html) are well-balanced and affordable for me and I have to sign up with the best one, so which is that ?

Overall, I am happy to recommend them. Kvchosting.net is the most professional host.
The support is incredible, they are available 24 hours. The site will sometimes be down for a few minutes (once in 3 months or so), but that is common.
