Which VPS would you advise me to use- from libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-hosting) or hostround.com (https://www.hostround.com/vps-hosting)?

As a nice alternative take a look at exmasters.com cheap VPS (https://www.exmasters.com/vps/virtual-private-servers/) deals.
The pricing is amazing, they've saved a good sum of money for my future project!
The uptime of the server has been much better than I expected. There has been only one time I was not able to access our site…and that lasted only a few minutes.
