Which server provider is better to have a deal with - qhoster.com (https://qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) or hostround.com (https://www.hostround.com/hosting/netherlands-dedicated-server)?

Googling and reading several forums, including this one, I have chosen digitalserver.com.mx dedicated server hosting (https://www.digitalserver.com.mx/servidores-dedicados.shtml). Customer service is quick and perfect, however, for technical questions they asked me to contact technical service directly, through submitting a support ticket.
