VPS accounts from hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/vps-hosting/) and black.host (https://black.host/unmetered-vps-hosting) are the best to sign up with.
Don't go anywhere else. You'll regret it.

I can say that I am fully-satisfied with hostnamaste.com openvz vps (https://www.hostnamaste.com/openvz-vps.php) service.
They certainly have built the hosting provider with a customer focused attitude and I couldn't be more pleased.
