Which company (planethoster.com (https://www.planethoster.com/en/World-Hosting) or scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/web-hosting.html)) is better to have a deal with for hosting an e-commerce project?

Please, be more specific. I mean requirements: disk space, bandwidth, server location, budget?
