Title: Need VPS With Advanced Networking Options (BGP Sessions Preferred)

I need a provider that supports BYOIP or BGP sessions, ideally with good Tier-1 upstreams.
Specs: 2–4 vCPU, 4–8 GB RAM, NVMe. Must allow IPv6 allocation (/64 or larger).
Low-latency routing is a must. Any information on Neironvps.com or Swisslayer.com vps hosting solutions? Are they trustworthy?

I like this hosting because the prices are pretty low. The Cpanel control panel is easy to use.
